Day one will be all about getting clear on where you are going with your business, your conditions of fulfillment, and developing your Freedom Finish Line, and working on your business model.

We'll discuss WHY you're in business in the first place and figure out exactly what building a "successful business" means for you!

Together we’ll outline your business and get clear on exactly what actions and results are going to be required to build your business, your way.

Learning and Deliverables:

• Determine your “End Game” and design how to achieve it (build your business to sell, build it for a consistent reliable revenue stream)
• Learn how to get and keep massive momentum and teach your team to do so too
• Be placed in a Mastermind group of fellow 7 Figure Business Builders (to work with during and after the event)
• Develop or refine your Business Model including you Perfect Market, Product Path, and Promotion Plan

6:30pm - ?? – VIP Dinner with the Angel investors (only 40 seats available; additional fee applies)

Day two of the Summit will focus on digging deeper into the areas of marketing, sales, creating your product path and putting together a winning team to help make everything happen.

You'll watch as the Golden Gate Angels and Harvard Angels conduct a *LIVE* funding pitch critique on stage. Plus they'll be available at the VIP Dinner, mingling with participants and looking for their next winning investment!

• Learn the fastest and most reliable technique for recruiting exceptional team members
• Learn 2 proven pay-for-performance compensation plans
• Develop your Staffing Plan to get the work you hate off your plate
